Ohh... that's sweet

So today we officially signed the purchase agreement, signed the loan papers, and locked in a 5.875% rate.  We are heading out to lunch, then I am meeting with a professor to talk class stuff and meeting up with the inspector around 4pm.  I'll take a ton of photos then and post them here!  Here is a schematic and the floorplan for the upstairs:  (Click on the floorplan to enlarge).









And I almost forgot the cute part- we were looking at a preschool today and the teacher said she knew the guy that developed the area.  He named the streets after his kids- so we live on the oldest kid's street- Brandon Dr., behind us is his daughter Natalie Ct., and the little park near us is after their youngest Ty.  Say it together.... ohhhh!
